Thank you for choosing to renew your Benefit Account Plan with NueSynergy for the upcoming plan year. As a sponsor of a Section 125 you are required to perform discrimination testing on their plan. As your administrator, NueSynergy will perform this test before the start of your new plan year. It is important to remember that the testing should be completed, and results indicate that your plan has “passed” prior to the beginning of your plan year.

As you complete your discrimination testing form, please be aware of additional key items related to the discrimination testing.

  • Be sure to complete all sections of the discrimination testing form and click submit before exiting or your information will not be saved.

  • Please be sure to have a list including name and SSN for all employees considered highly compensated, key and/or an owner.

  • (Reminder) Enrollments should be submitted at least 20 days before the start of your new plan year.
